Terms of Service

By using PropMint, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account. Notify PropMint through hello@propmint.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

PropMint currently provides Free access with one proposal-generation credit. Paid checkout is not currently available. PropMint may change free limits, credits, or available features in the future.

You retain your rights in content you provide. You give PropMint the limited permission needed to process that content to provide, secure, and operate the service.

You must have the rights and authority needed to submit client or third-party information. Only provide client or third-party information that you are permitted to process through services such as PropMint and its AI providers. Do not submit unlawful material or unnecessary highly sensitive personal information, such as passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical or health information, or biometric information.

PropMint produces AI-assisted or AI-generated proposal content. Outputs may contain mistakes, omissions, inappropriate suggestions, or information that is not suitable for your engagement. You must review and verify outputs before using or sending them.

You remain responsible for content you use with clients. PropMint does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, proposal acceptance, revenue, or any other business outcome. AI outputs may not always be unique.

You control whether to create or share a public proposal link. Anyone with the valid link can access the proposal without signing in. You are responsible for ensuring that shared content is appropriate.

You must not use PropMint to:

• engage in illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity;
• access accounts, systems, or data without authorisation;
• submit information without the necessary rights or authority;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with the service; or
• misuse, probe, or overload the service or its safeguards.

PropMint's software, branding, interface, and underlying product remain the property of PropMint or its licensors. These Terms do not give PropMint ownership of your client or proposal content.

PropMint may experience interruptions and may change, add, limit, or withdraw features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

PropMint may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security risks, or misuse. You may stop using PropMint at any time. To request account deletion, contact hello@propmint.ai.

PropMint is provided without a promise that every feature or output will meet every requirement. Always apply your own professional judgement before relying on generated content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PropMint is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or PropMint will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we make changes. If you continue to use PropMint after updated Terms take effect, the updated Terms will apply to your continued use.
